Sydney Airport

Sydney Airport is 8 km from the city center in the suburb of Mascot. It’s the busiest airport in Australia with more than 33 million passengers.

Terminals

Sydney Airport has three terminals.
– T1 : international flights.
– T2 and T3 : domestic flights

Airport train

The domestic railway station at Sydney airport is between terminal T2 and T3. The international railway station is at the Northern end of T1 terminal. The Airport Link connects all three terminals at the airport. With the Airport Link it takes 14 minutes from Sydney Airport T1 to Central Station. Train tickets are sold at the airport.




Travel between the terminals

The TBus is a shuttle bus service between the terminals at the airport. Fare is AUD$6.50. Passengers can also travel between the terminals by train or taxi. The P-Bus is a free shuttle bus between the car park and the domestic terminals. Bus line 400/410 goes to Bondi Junction. Shuttle-buses to Sydney centre must be pre-booked.

Taxi

Each terminal has its own sheltered taxi rank with supervisors. The taxi fare from the airport to the city center is AUD $45-$55 and to North Sydney $55-$65. To the beaches of Many is $90-$100. A taxi to Parramatta is $100-$120
